Want Moscow Mules on draft? Ginger Beer in a keg? This is the easiest, best way to go about it.

Happy Camper Ginger Beer is the product that launched 1,000 bar cars! Well, a few of 'em anyway. The Moscow Mule has been and remains my most popular cocktail since day 1, and it's all because of this homemade Ginger Beer. I have never once done a single event without someone telling me "this is the best ginger beer I've ever had!" Seriously.

The secret is, of course, that there is no secret. I use all natural ingredients and real cane sugar. I use a whole lot of real ginger juice, and that's why my ginger beer has more of that ginger bite than anyone's. One sip of this and you'll never go back to that expensive stuff in a tiny glass bottle.

You'll notice there are only a few items on the ingredients list, and none of them are artificial additives or sweeteners. There's real brown sugar. There's real ginger. There's real natural flavors.

With these packs you can make the same ginger beer I have been making for years, by the keg. 6 of these bottles are the exact right amount to make a full 5 gallon keg of Happy Camper Ginger Beer, so you can have it on draft to serve straight or add whatever alcohol you like to make Mules. 4 bottles will make a 5 gallon keg of pre-batched Mules (with your liquor added).

Ginger Beer also goes great with just about any fruit flavor, so you can add one bottle of our clarified fruit juice to a full keg. Strawberry, Blackberry, and Blueberry Mules are crowd pleasers every time.

These also make AMAZING frozen Mules if you have a slush machine. 5 bottles of these and 3L of your liquor (plus water) will fill a 3 gallon hopper perfectly.

Or if you're a home user with a Sodastream or bottles of seltzer who just wants to drink glorious, real ginger beer all the time, you can do that with this syrup. Just mix one ounce of our syrup with 4 ounces of carbonated water.
