There's something about a refreshing Tom Collins on a hot day. It's like a boozy, sparkling lemonade. It brings out the drunk kid in you.

Want Tom Collinses on draft? Sparkling lemonade in a keg? This is the easiest, best way to go about it.

Happy Camper Lemon Syrup is one of our most versatile creations. It's sparkling clear and ready for you to carbonate. It plays well with nearly any liquor and delivers a clarified lemon flavor. It's my all-natural alternative to fresh citrus. And because it's clear, you can carbonate it to pretty high levels and give your customers the most refreshing, fizziest Collinses they've ever had.

If you've got sparkling wine on draft you can even do some killer French 75s with it. Or you can use it as a sour mix in shaken cocktails. There's none of the lemon pledge flavor you get with the chemical-laden sour mix you're used to. There's no corn syrup and no artificial flavors, just all natural ingredients.

With these packs you can make the same Collins I have been making for years, by the keg. Six of these bottles are the exact right amount to make a full 5 gallon keg of non-alcoholic Happy Camper Collins Mix, so you can have it on draft to serve straight or add whatever alcohol you like to make Collinses. 4 bottles will make a 5 gallon keg of pre-batched Collinses (with your liquor added).

Collins Mix also goes great with just about any fruit flavor, so you can add one bottle of our fruit juice concentrates to a full keg. Strawberry, Blackberry, and Blueberry Collinses are crowd pleasers every time. Use gin or vodka, pisco or tequila. Throw in some herbs. Your imagination is the limit.

These also make incredible frozen sours if you have a slush machine. 5 bottles of these and 2.25L of your liquor (plus water) will fill a 3 gallon hopper perfectly.

Or if you're a home user with a Sodastream or bottles of seltzer who just wants to drink refreshing Collinses all the time, you can do that with this syrup. Just mix one ounce of our syrup with 4 ounces of carbonated water.
