This is a light gray, FDA food grade, silicone O-ring designed for your ball lock keg's poppet valves. Your keg has 3 poppet valves, one on each post and one in the lid. Poppet Valve leaks are one of the most common, so using high quality o-rings makes a big difference. All 3 poppet valves use this same size of o-ring. We make them in light gray so you won't mistake them with the inferior Buna N o-rings your keg came with.
I only sell silicone O-rings because they are all I use. They withstand a lot more abuse than the Buna N O-rings most kegs have, and there's nothing worse than your keg springing a leak in the middle of a shift because a gasket failed. The heat of a keg washer will degrade Buna N rapidly, but silicone gaskets can withstand much higher temperatures.
