This is a black, FDA food grade, silicone O-ring designed for your ball lock keg's liquid and gas posts. I had this specially-made in black so you could color code your keg posts. I recommend putting white on the gas post and black on the liquid to match your disconnects. (This is not necessary, our White and Black Silicone Corny Keg Post O-rings are identical other than color, and could be used on either post, but color coding makes it easy when connecting your kegs.)
I only sell silicone O-rings because they are all I use. They withstand a lot more abuse than the Buna N O-rings most kegs have, and there's nothing worse than your keg springing a leak in the middle of a shift because a gasket failed. The heat of a keg washer will degrade Buna N rapidly, but silicone gaskets can withstand much higher temperatures.
