This is my favorite Nitrogen Regulator. I use Nitrogen for all uncarbonated cocktails and wine. This is also what you'd typically use for beer gas (a blend of nitrogen and CO2) or argon bottles.
They're designed for high throughput. I pour steadily out of six taps all day and these never freeze like a cheaper one might.
These are barbed for a hardwired connection to your gas system. The shutoff is an easy quarter turn valve that also features a check valve to prevent liquid backflow. I've lost a regulator that way before and it isn't fun!
The gauges are easy to read. The low pressure gauge reads from 0 to 60 psi.
You also want a gauge cage to protect your dials in the event of a tip over. It will happen, a lot, and it’s cheaper to get the cage than to keep replacing broken gauges!
